Sketch Adventure 15- The Burren- June 2013

The longest trip of the year, where the Cork sketchers met up with other sketchers from Dublin and Galway to sketch explore a bit of the Burren. It was a driving and sketching trip, ie we would drive to different locations and go for a stroll, sketching as we go or just enjoying the craic. More photos of this sketch trip here:

Info: A free sketching group mostly based in Munster & Leinster, whom meet up once a month to do sketch trips around Ireland. We generally do 2 kinds of events:

1:) Sketch Adventuring- where we head off on foot or drive around in cars, and go sketch exploring somewhere.

2:) Sketch Activities- where we try out various activities and see if we can combine them with sketching, often with fun results. In the past this has lead us to combine sketching with; camping, sailing, caving, and cycling. The basic rule is; if you can sketch while doing it, we will!

If you like drawing, painting or photography, and are anything from hobbyist to a professional, or just a person looking to get back into it, join us once, sometimes twice, a month for fun filled adventures as we explore Ireland one sketch at a time.
